How to Setup Redmine Server on Azure/AWS/GCP

Redmine is a popular project management tool and issue tracker. To setup and install Redmine on any of the cloud platforms, the recommended way is to use the image available on any of the cloud marketplaces below. It comes installed with all the pre-requisites, Ruby on Rails, MySQL Server and Apache Web Server.
